Responsibilities:

• Manages the development team and implementing best practices for development
• Monitors and coordinates a team of Developers, prioritizes tasks and manages IT resources according to product development plan and urgent needs
• Incident management
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations department to identify their critical needs
• Business process automation: analyse and improve the structure and flow of the business work
• Production of the Product, Business and Operational Dashboards
• Brings new products to the market. Prepares return-on-investment analyses of new products by developing time-integrated plans
• Growth hacking
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products, building a benchmarking reporting system.
• Oversees the latest product developments and comes up with ways that the product can be applied to make the business more efficient and successful.
• Creates, develops and oversees protocols and procedures for its usage.

Profile:

• University Degree or extensive work experience in a similar position
• At least 4 years of experience in Web Product Management, Web Project Management or e-commerce
• Project-management skills
• Experience in market analysis
• Experience in growth-hacking
• Experience in Start-ups or launching new products on the market
• Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices
• Experience with database management and data analysis
• Experience with Information system troubleshooting
• Demonstrated skill in developing automated business systems
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Energetic, innovative, enjoys new challenges
• You are fluent in Russian and English
