KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain official company website traffic channels, which can include Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing network, APP/Web push, Google AdWords and others;
• Closely monitor traffic channels on daily basis, provide useful reports and insights to improve performance;
• Support developing integrated traffic plans for company E-commerce campaigns, such as sales campaigns, product launch events and others;
• Support expanding current traffic channels by being able to proactively searching for new sources of traffic, develop partnerships, etc.;
• Coordinate traffic actions with HQ, Local teams and other stakeholders.;
• Serve as communication link with local agencies, partners, etc.

PROFESSIONAL Attribute

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing in an advertising agency, media department or marketing firm;
• Required Language: Russian &English fluently (Can speak Chinese will be added advantage.);
• Ability to perform well under pressure, and adapt to changes, adhere to deadlines;
• Results driven with a strong analytical eye provide suggestions and creative solutions from raw data;
• Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple channels and project at the same time.
