Role: Trading core services developer

Functions:

• Produce and own design and architecture, develop and support new highload, low-latency, high throughput, fault-tolerant, scalable services
• Improve existing services like: user’s manager, backoffice (from where we control all operations on the whole platform), ACL (access control list), order-book, market-aggregator (where we collect all historical market data), index-calculator, etc
• Develop spot, futures and other kinds of trading, trading instruments and financial services
• Produce, own design and architecture for new projects on the systems
• Conduct code reviews
• Participate in planning, sprint setups, product development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering experience with Java
• 2+ years of engineering experience with C++

• Spring, Hibernate, Reactor/Webflux

• GRPC, Protobuf, Websockets
• DBs and KV storages: Postgres/MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse, RocksDB
• Logging: Graylog, Grafana
• Able to make responsible technical solutions, create services from scratch of any complexity level which are capable to survive highload, provide low-latency, high throughput, fault-tolerance and be highly scalable, keep and process large amount of data
• Consult on solutions and problems: product manager, frontend developers, other teams, QA engineers, other backend developers
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Understands all intricacies of spot, futures and other kinds of trading
• Understands main trading instruments
• Familiar with unit, integration testing, debug techniques and best development practices
• Prefers to know why he does his tasks, how they improve business and the product, why our clients need it
• Responsible for the result
• Familiar with instruments described below
• Self-organized, responsible, punctual, person
• Would be great if you have university degree in applied mathematics, IT, computer science or relevant
• Upper-Intermediate English (at least technical reading and professional communication)
