Unit: Trading Desk
Unit Mission: Lead liquidity, assets count while preventing risks
Role: Liquidity Manager / Night shifts


Functions:

  • Protect capital. Optimize hedging algorithms and risk controls. Monitor bots performance and stop-loss real-time. Investigate loss events and fix risk holes.
  • Liquidity. Achieve 99% of client order execution success and 1-10 bps spreads across 100+ markets.
  • Traders. Do clients' custdev, big data, and cohort analysis to direct product and growth development. Maximize the number of daily traders, their trading volumes, and fees collected.
  • Markets. Get the most attractive instruments listed and liquid.
  • Bots. Supervise or develop liquidity bots.
  • New instruments. Contribute to futures and options models.
  • Research. Publish daily market news summary.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of flow trading or trading infrastructure (front/back) experience in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills (math olympiad/ICPC finalist level).
  • Experience in crypto (is an advantage).
  • Can do MySQL quires (can learn C# or Python).
  • Puts the interests of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically open-minded, and transparent.
  • A strong contributor to the Performance culture: Hungry for getting things done, growth, feedback, responsibility, prioritizing. Encourage teammates to do the best.
  • Hard worker, enjoy 70+ hours per week.
