Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and working with alerts in Opsgenie and Jira systems;
- Escalation of incidents, process tracking;
- Processing requests from colleagues in the ITSM system, support of incidents until they are closed;
- Work in Jira, Slack and internal systems of the company for internal tasks of interaction with other departments of the company;
- Communicate with colleagues from China and external customers.
Requirements:
- Stress resistance - there can be many problems at once and all are urgent;
- Proactive - it is necessary to bring the matter to the end;
- Sociability - look for people who can solve the problem at any time of the day or day;
- Responsibility, discipline;
- Knowledge of English sufficient for reading and correspondence.
