Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and working with alerts in Opsgenie and Jira systems;
  2. Escalation of incidents, process tracking;
  3. Processing requests from colleagues in the ITSM system, support of incidents until they are closed;
  4. Work in Jira, Slack and internal systems of the company for internal tasks of interaction with other departments of the company;
  5. Communicate with colleagues from China and external customers.

Requirements:

  1. Stress resistance - there can be many problems at once and all are urgent;
  2. Proactive - it is necessary to bring the matter to the end;
  3. Sociability - look for people who can solve the problem at any time of the day or day;
  4. Responsibility, discipline;
  5. Knowledge of English sufficient for reading and correspondence.
