This position is essential to VISARIGHT’s ongoing growth and scaling. You bridge the business and technical worlds as you understand market development and design services that provide solutions to customers needs. You will work closely with our business team and engineering team to provide critical KPIs that are core to all of the VISARIGHT products. We are looking for a proactive individual for a full-time role to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate user research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

• Overseeing processes and implementing better practices

• Designing and implementing strategies, plans and procedures

• Leading operational launches of new products in close co-operation with the technical team

• Analyse metrics that inform the success of products

• Recruiting and onboarding team members

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with progressive project management responsibilities in the technological product industry in a high-paced growth environment. Preferably in SaaS businesses

• 3+ years of experience in project leadership roles, ideally with a technical spike

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as product and project development, business development, recruiting

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

• Strong time management, prioritization skills and attention to detail

• Excellent technical and analytical abilities

• Experience working with teams to estimate project timelines, set up milestones, and manage delivery expectations

• Self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude

How we work:

• VISARIGHT is an international team working in Berlin & Magdeburg (DE) and remotely.

• We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible, but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
