Greenscreens.ai is a SaaS platform that delivers pricing predictions for freight brokerage companies operating in the US truckload spot market. The platform provides target rate, intelligence in buy and sell-side market and business insights to help freight brokers grow and protect their margins. We combine the power of aggregated market data and broker’s historical data with advanced machine learning techniques to deliver short-term predictive freight market pricing specific to your company's individual buying and selling behavior.

We are looking for a product manager who will lead the development of the Rate Wizard (ML Engine) product. You should understand modern approaches to data analysis, machine learning and architecture principles. You need to support current customers and ML projects, also onboard new in customers pipeline from starting a pilot to signing a commercial contract. Your tasks will include working out the concept of application development, Customer Development, developing a metrics system and setting tasks for the engineering team.

You will work closely with our US and Lithuanian teams, and communicate directly with customers to develop features that can help us to shape the supply chain industry. You should be passionate about technology and well versed with new technologies and global best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build strategy and roadmap for product development

• Communication with customers. Bringing the client from the first contact to the pilot launch and signing a commercial contract

• Manage the backlog, setting tasks for Backend and ML engineers

• Systematize the processes associated with the product, bring the Rate Wizard into serial use as a product

• Initiate and test ideas and hypotheses for product development

Skills

• Experience as a product manager or ML team leader

• Structural thinking, analytical mindset, initiative, communication skills;

• Experience in launching new functionality from idea to post-analysis (at least MVP)

• Customer Development experience

• Experience in working with development teams, writing technical specifications and accepting results

• Good understanding of developing process from design to deploy

• Familiar with Python and good knowledge of SQL

• Experience with popular ML frameworks

• Knowledge of main ML algorithms

• Excellent English speaking skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate multiple geographies

• Prior experience in Freight Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus
