IPONWEB is looking for a Technical Account Manager, who will help us with onboarding new publishers to MediaGrid and improving our business with them.

Experience requirements:

• Computer Science / Mathematics Master’s (MA) or equivalent
• Basic coding experience, preferably Python and/or Javascript
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Outstanding analytical abilities
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in working closely with AdTech companies and good understanding of ad tech ecosystem

Responsibilities:

• Support publisher integration process from handshake agreement to going live
• Assist sales team with technical pre-sale stages
• Carry out research and data analysis for media trading optimisation and troubleshooting purposes
• Monitor trading and performance metrics according to procedures and reach proactively in order to improve integration’s performance and client happiness
• Gather client feedback and pass it to dev and product teams
• Participate in the client-facing features lifecycle from requirements collection to full live scale
• Seek and find opportunities for integration revenue growth
• Accumulate and improve best practices around integration lifecycle
