We’re looking for a Supply Chain Practice Lead!

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work in teams with clients from a wide variety of business areas to develop innovative supply chain solutions that support client's business objectives and give them a competitive edge.

You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of these approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management. From there, you will implement those recommendations with our team members.

More About You

• Previous professional experience in the following supply chain planning and management processes: S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory planning, production planning, supply planning, trade promo management, logistics optimization
• Industry focus: Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing
• Experience implementing supply chain management software
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively, in English and Russian
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal implementation methodologies – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
• Strong understanding of data management and integration
• Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Results-oriented, motivated, self-managed mentality
• Collegial, open and grounded in integrity
• Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team
