• Marketing strategy development and implementation;
• Marketing activities planning and budgeting on a year / quarter basis. Ensuring KPIs are achieved with allocated budget;
• Research and strategy development on target customer segments, adjacent users;
• Ensuring alignment and adjustment where appropriate long-term company strategy, with a focus on marketing;
• Building end-to-end analytics to monitor and optimize all marketing KPIs and metrics: Ongoing optimization and final results evaluation;
• Leading marketing strategy and programs with the focus on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs and deep analytics;
• Trend identification, marketing campaign research and analytics;
• Developing and implementing customer-bringing strategies: brand audits of the company's advertising tools based on close cooperation with CMO/ Advertising agencies.

• Work experience: 5+ years within strategic marketing department of a corporation, consulting firm or similar;
• Strong skills of strategic marketing planning and communications (from business to communications task), i.e. deep understanding of communications strategy and ability to translate it into a project plan;
• Comprehensive knowledge of tools and methodologies in market research, consumer behavior, sales analytics and marketing;
• Proven skills of in-depth marketing project work, understanding fundamentals of media planning.
