BACKGROUND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in building and executing social media strategy through researching, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification and creative concepts;
  • Check and edit daily social content, that builds meaningful connections and increase UGC in all brand communities- VK, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok and YouTube;
  • Developing each of brand social communities in order to fulfill quarters and yearly KPI’s;
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line according to the moderation policy for each community;
  • Assist with crisis management, bad press, and negative communications;
  • Simple video editing (adding subtitles, cutting from 30 to 15 etc);
  • Monitor trends and activities of main competitors in social media, social space for brand, related topics and conversations;
  • Agency management.

PROFESSIONAL Attribute

The ideal candidate will be a highly successful with relevant experience. The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Required Language: Russian &English fluently (Can speak Chinese will be added advantage.);
  • Related work experience (2-3 years of experience in Social media marketing);
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills;
  • Willing to learn more, work hard and grow;
  • Good at team work and information sharing.
  • Creative thinking.
