Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is looking for a strong leader for a SFE Analyst position located in Moscow.

Responsibilities:

• Support successful launch of CRM system;
• Support of Customer data integrity;
• Ensure all required data exchange between CRM and other data sources;
• Personal data consent management;
• Accounts Segmentation & Targeting;
• Identify needed functionality changes and communicate Change requests within Region support team;
• Implement and support KPIs monitoring into CRM;
• Prepare, update and communicate KPIs execution reports within Sales&Marketing;
• Develop and support regular SFE reporting;
• Develop and support sales planning process on customer level;
• Monitor plan execution on customer level;
• Support TPS system within OneMD;
• Match & Merge all available data to Accounts database on regular basis;
• Maintain CRM, Sell out, Market and other data sources connection on customer level;
• Develop and support Customer centric analytics approach.

Requirements:

• Higher technical/economics degree;
• Proven experience in Salesforce.com administration is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently;
• Knowledge of different BI systems is an advantage (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
• Good command of English language both written and oral;
• Proficient level of Excel;
• Communication skills.
