We are looking for an experienced Billing analyst who will be responsible for various data analytics, both recurring and by managerial request, AR management and other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Define and Build the sales data analysis to evaluate current market position and sales trends
• Monthly billing analysis, ST and LT forecasting, monthly plan-fact analysis
• Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting, vizualization and presenting this reporting to stakeholders
• Result evaluation, comparison to previous periods and targets, summary and conclusions
• Category performance analysis, including impact of campaigns and investment (NRM)
• Analytical support of existing processes (Business reviews, strategy meetings, Forecasting and Post evaluation of different campaigns, etc)
• Responsible for creating and implementing new and more efficient processes and reporting
• Processes automation and participation in internal tools development (CRM, budget monitoring)
• Participating in setting sales targets and calculating sales commissions and SPIFFs
• Participating in implementing new KPIs and metrics

Key skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in a Analytics, Reporting (sales or marketing)
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills – experience with working with big data (data from ERP system, CRM and other)
• English - fluent, written and oral
• Profficiency in Excel
• Experience in BI solutions as a plus (MS Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Attention to details
• High level of self-organization
