Role: Senior Developer iOS, Android

Functions:

• Be a driving product team member to evolve the app fast together with a product manager, UI/UX, growth officer.
• Coordinate middleware and backend trading/matching teams to meet in time the product team and users requirements.
• Hire and supervise a mobile developer to compliment your skills/stack if needed.
• Contribute to user growth with insights on user behavior analytics.
• Be a part of the team in charge of the rapidly growing set of services provided to our Customers worldwide. Help the app to become the world most acknowledged app for financial services. Do the best you can for our Customers, hear them, learn from them. Help the app and the team to become better every day.
• Development of trading interfaces, trading charts, payment functionality, news and social functionality.
• Participate in formulating, implementing and testing product hypotheses.
• Take responsibility for implementing and supporting new features.
• Seek to increase the number of active users of the application and increase the rating of the application.
• Take leadership over the team tasks and goals set.
• Coordinate, educate and help teammates.
• Drive team processes polishing and performance perfection.

Requirements:

• 4+ year of iOS Swift or Android Java development experience in a high pace international environment
• Outstanding quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Diligent and detail-oriented person
• Able to lead complex projects in a high pace&pressure of capital markets environment
