About The Role
We are currently seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join our professional, internationally distributed engineering and product team. This is a remote full-time position.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years management experience in digital marketing (lead position)
- Strong hands-on marketing experience (including advertising, media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing) and track record of taking business projects from concept to delivery, preferably for international markets
- Strategic leadership – strategic thinking skills and ability to identify opportunities for brand development
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven organization
- Experience using marketing automation tools and analytics systems
- Past experience in IT or technical background
- Ability to read and understand English software requirements, strong written English, ability to conduct a basic interview in English
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong copywriting skills and experience creating engaging content
- Strong Verbal English Skills
- Self-starter who is able to take ownership of projects
In a typical day you will:
- Collaborate with product, design, development, and HR teams
- Create marketing strategies that improve brand recognition, deliver consistent marketing messages, drive growth, and help attain business goals
- Provide strategic direction to the product portfolio, branding, and positioning
- Structure audiences, channels, messages, and digital marketing campaigns across company products
- Devise and implement content strategy across various media
- Analyze performance reporting to identify marketing optimization opportunities
- Lead, mentor/develop marketing team members and foster a cohesive team spirit
