We are looking for a Senior Jira Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technology processes automation in Atlassian Jira (Dev, QA, Ops, Support).

• Develop plugins to extend JIRA capabilities (proficiency in Groovy/Java).

• Configure custom fields, screens, permissions, workflows, etc.

• Advanced knowledge of plugins (Scriptrunner, Structure, Insight, Portfolio, etc.)

• Setting up Jira Service Desk as part of the ITSM process.

• Write clear, comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience;

• Proficiency in Groovy/Java;

• Fluent English - both verbal and written;
