English должен быть свободным. Без разговорного уровня нет смысла отправлять CV.
У нас большой бонус так что ту ЗП что указана можно увеличить в 2-3 раза за счет бонуса.

Наша компания зарегистрирована в Эстонии, Германии и Украине. Большинство людей находятся в Украине, но с учетом перехода на полную удаленку решили попробовать нанять людей в других странах СНГ. Коммуникация внутри команды на русском, но с кандидатами и клиентами исключительно на английском.

Required skills

— Experience in recruitment for more than 2 years.
— Strong communicational skills.
— Fluent English: handle a conversation and write emails in English.
— Self-motived.
— Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
— Understanding of the real interest of candidates and build long-term relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

— Full recruitment life cycle of technical positions.
— Interviewing candidates.
— Negotiations with candidates.
— Talent mapping, sourcing, and assessment.
— Support candidates during the recruitment process.
— Maintaining recruitment-related reports.
— Communication with Clients.
— Work closely with Talent researchers to coordinate the search and set up recruitment priorities.
