We are a health-tech startup delivering an interactive wellbeing platform, featuring an AI hybrid model of bespoke self-managed digital mental health care programmes and face-to-face therapy. Located and based in London, U.K.

You are a seasoned software developer who is dedicated to your craft. You write beautiful, fast code to a high standard, in a timely and more importantly scalable way. You will be a part of a creative and passionate startup team of developers, designers, psychologists and mental health specialists. You will have a unique opportunity to plan, develop and launch a high-quality health tech AI product for international markets.

ROLE SUMMARY:

• The specification, design, architecture and implementation of web applications.
• Design and build an advanced web application with Angular / React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and API’s
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to increase development efficiency
• Be fully responsible for the web side of the product, as well as work hand-in-hand with the rest of our R&D team
• Contribute to continual improvement by testing, performance tuning, refactoring, usability improvements, and automation

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a professional working environment, ideally on an enterprise-level application
• 4+ years of Angular 2 / React
• A proven track record of developing and releasing high-quality web applications on your own and from scratch
• Experience using modern software methodologies and tools (i.e. Git, Agile, etc)
• Proactivity, openness to constructive feedback, and readiness to do the best work of your career
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is desired
• Fluency in technical written English for documentation

• Only remote work (no relocation, no office available).
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Ongoing contract for minimum of 1 year
