Role: Senior Analyst

Functions:

• Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission: Investing at fingertips worldwide to help people being stakeholders of the humankind future.
• Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritisation.
• Ensure stand-ups are assaults on impediments. Stories contain Who/What/WHY. Demo or die: focus on priority features deliveries, prevent waste and chaos
• Extract and regularly present insights from user data for product teams that help to detect bottlenecks in user conversions, optimize product, increase user acquisition channels, using machine learning where necessary
• Research the frontiers of UX in the market and make clear where we can deliver 10x higher value to a client
• Ensure KPIs are automatically calculated and reported in Slack channels and Analytics Coda page on a daily basis. Ensure methodology is correct and transparent, the calculation is accurate
• Ensure Analytics team is constantly developing, meeting product teams analytics skills needs. Conduct case interviews to hire the best problemsolvers for analytics and product teams. Onboard with inspiring mission, stretching OKRs, and clear stories to be done
• Ensure analytics database is transparent for product teams and user analytics data is easily accessible

Requirements:

• Practical experience of Python and SQL.
• Experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, product hypotheses testing.
• Practical experience in Data science / Machine learning is a strong plus.
• C# is a strong plus.
• Experience with Google analytics, Google Datastudio and other BI systems is a plus.
• Experience in building database architecture for analytics storage is a strong plus.
