• Participation as coordinator / project lead and consultant and on the edSAP implementation project
• Interaction with the edSAP global implementation team, related working groups, external participants and responsible units (finance department, logistics department, etc.)
• Setting up the functionality of modules FI, MM, SD, Service and others in the amount of functionality at least implemented in SAP SEED
• Customization and integration with external systems
• Analysis of existing processes in SAP SEED, identifying and documenting differences with similar processes in edSAP
• Setting tasks for revision in accordance with the requirements of local legislation and subsequent testing of systems
• Preparing and ensuring data migration from SAP SEED and other systems;
• Preparing and maintaining data exchange between edSAP and SAP SEED at least once a month
• Ensuring integration between various SAP modules within the company's business processes;
• Providing data exchange between edSAP and С4С
• GL accounts synchronization with current setup
• Develops together with tax expert process of data provision / exchange for tax calculation
• Setting up printing forms
• Migration of the base of customers and suppliers from SAP SEED, filling the working chart of accounts
• Configuring edSAP vs SAP SEED data mapping if necessary (COPA, GAC / PGC vs dimensions, etc.)
• Testing the new system, documenting the necessary improvements, tracking and monitoring open issues at all stages of the edSAP implementation
• Maintaining project documentation and drafting user instructions
• Maintenance of the system at all stages of the project, support, user training

• Higher education. Accounting background will be considered as advantage
• Key user of SAP ECC6, SAP HANA in the field of FICO
• SAP ERP implementation / customization
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, good understanding of taxation
• Ability to explain and train others
• Willingness to develop and expand knowledge in different SAP modules;
• Fluent English to communicate with colleagues abroad (Upper-Intermediate and above)
• Project management skills, responsibility, ability to work in a team, accuracy, attention to detail, analytical and structured approach to problem solving.
