Responsibilities:
- Drive workflow efficiency projects, optimize and document sales processes;
- Manage sales systems agenda from the business side: collaborate with global teams to support the roll out of new features, collect and prioritize local business requests, educate internal stakeholders on systems updates and drive adoption of sales systems;
- Train sales teams on sales related processes and policies;
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to contract management, billing, collections etc.
- BS degree in economics, management or technical field;
- 3-5 years of relevant functional experience;
- Work experience in tech companies is desirable;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes;
- Fluent English is a must, Mandarin is a plus;
- Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms;
- Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
