Our Client, a well-known international IT company is actively searching for

Sales manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a territory and maximizing revenue for the company
  • Area of responcibility: Manufacturing, Utility, Oil and Gaz, Telecom throughout Russia
  • Creating, developing and executing sales strategies for assigned region as well as generating accurate and realistic sales forecasts
  • Manage, develop and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationships including partners for indirect sales
  • Identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities within an assigned accounts
  • Develop and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations to potential customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans
  • Deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT industries and at least 3 years of experience at major account sales
  • Capability to close complicated deals and multi-year deals from discovering sales opportunities to contract completion
  • Strategic / custom solution to a strategic account
  • English – Upper intermediate
  • Business and results-oriented mindset, excellent inter-personal skills
  • Customer-oriented and a natural leader.
