Flow Health is a tech company that owns several clinical medical laboratories.

At Flow Health, we want to transform medical decision-making to bring individualized, data-driven medicine to clinicians and directly to patients. Our aim is to make lab testing more actionable so clinicians can provide personalized medical recommendations and help people make better decisions about their health.

Join our team where you will work on building an in-house laboratory information management system providing functionality for providers, patients, lab workers and other company employees and make it easy for them to do business with us.

We offer a chance for a QA Engineer to build and test complex solutions using cutting edge technologies and mature software testing practices in the atmosphere of creativity and collaboration.

Technology stack in AQA: Selenium , Java.
But for now we need mostly manual QA Engineer.
Smoke tests - 20 %.

About a project:

• Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, test standards/procedures to ensure sufficient test coverage;

• Running manual and automated testing during in-sprint activities: cross-browser, functional and acceptance testing;

• Coordinate with developers, project manager and other team members to deliver high quality product;

• Track and communicate task progress, status on in-sprint and regression testing, quality assurance and testing reports;

• Do continuous process improvement.

Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing;

• API testing tools experience (Postman, TestMace, SoapUI);

• Chrome DevTools;

• Good understanding of software development processes (SCRUM);

• Strong knowledge of testing and quality assurance processes;

• Extensive knowledge of testing techniques/methodologies and ability to apply them in practice;

• Practical experience in execution of different types of testing;

• Writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports, testing plans and strategies);

• Analytical and problem solving skills;

• Experience in usage of Defect Management tools (e.g.: JIRA);

• Version control system (e.g. Git);

• Hands on automation experience is a benefit;

• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
