QA Engineer

Principal Responsibilities

• Communicate with Head of Business Change, Head of Business Support, Business Analysts and Application Managers in VTBSE
• Process and project management of QA projects
• Analyse requirements and demand for testing, test plans and schedules
• Choose and set up testing tools
• Design and execute tests
• Identify and report bugs and issues
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Document test results and support release cycles

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in Quality Assurance Specialist role in financial industry
• Good managerial skills
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Universal Banking business domain is a strong advantage
• Working experience with more than one automated testing tool (Cucumber, TestComplete, QTP, HPE, etc)
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Ability to handle separate tasks simultaneously
• Sensibility regarding working in a multi-cultural international environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bug tracking systems: JIRA is an advantage
• DB skills: Basic knowledge for writing SQL queries
• Programming skills: Ability to program in Python or Java is desirable
• Ability to work in command, communicate with other people and teams
• A good level of written and spoken English is required
