MISSION
Provide survey programming work for multiple methodologies, and support Client Service teams to make the electronic data collection projects run smoothly with good quality and in time delivery.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Programming, data cleaning, data processing and data exports;
  • Set up and maintain any databases needed;
  • Project support: checking questionnaire logic, data issues, coding, local data entry support;
  • Monitor data output and online reports, data processing and validation tasks using quality tools and reporting /KPI administration;
  • Provide technical support to Client Service and build a good collaboration with Client Service;
  • Support the team as coordinator between Client Service/ Ops team and DP providers;
  • Work closely and build a great collaboration with data and DP providers;
  • Support process improvement initiatives with leveraging existing or emerging technologies;
  • Development and support of automated solutions by using appropriate programming.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Computer Science /Statistics /Mathematics /Marketing /Sociology
  • Previous experience in Data Collection and /or Data management roles using specialized tools like: SPSS, QPSMR, Survey to Go, Decipher, Confirmit, etc.
  • Good learning skills to adopt quickly new technologies, platforms, tools
  • High degree of comfort interacting with different cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Good command of English
