Role: Producing Product Manager VCTV

Functions:

• Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission: financial life at fingertips for people's economic freedom.
• Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.

• Launch news and video interviews feed based on integrations with existing news platforms
• Manage the development of the VCTV platform based on LATOKEN Terminal and Crowdfunding launchpad
• Supervise copywriting, independent analysts, journalists, and own content production
• Supervise viral tools development (aka mentions of price movements, related charts, and news by other media and SMM activity of our users)
• Trains her team so they don’t get their ass shot off in the battle

Requirements:

• launched a media or held senior management or editor role in a successful media startup
• probably worked in VC, investments or Big3 as an analyst or journalist
• worked or studied 2+ years in a high paced international environment
• use anecdotes-use cases, models, mechanism design and unit economics
• outstanding people, problem-solving and critical reasoning skills (700 GMAT level / won city level olympiad)
• likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it assumes a conflict between clients and personal interests
• definitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded and transparent
