Обязанности:

As a PreSales/Support Engineer, you will be responsible for whole process from PreSales to Field Support services to our Russian customers. You will assist customers with deploying the Tripleplay and ONELAN system and providing commissioning services. Additional requirements can include assisting sales support by providing technical input into proposals and customer demonstrations also supporting colleagues at trade shows.

Требования:

Good linux experience. Basic command line and log reading.
Experience with web technologies. HTML, css, scss.
Good networking experience with TCP/IP and basic switch configuration
A good level of English is a must.
Strong ability for self-training and problem-solving skills

Дополнительно:

Previous experience in a similar job for 1-3 years
Shell scripting knowledge
Experience with Databases (SQL, MySQL or similar)
Experience of IPTV and video streaming systems would be beneficial to your application.
