Job Description:
We are looking for a Pre-sales Engineer to join the Value Engineering department within the CT Software.
The Value Engineering team stands at the forefront of creating and showcasing the value of our products to potential and existing clients. Working closely together with the Sales and the Product Development teams, the goal of the department is to show the value of our products to support the Sales Cycle, design and develop demo tools, liaise with clients and partners alike, collect business and technical requirements to develop tailored demos, and many more challenging and exciting tasks.
As a Pre-sales Engineer at CT Software, you will become an expert in the Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, and CPG industries in the space of mobile solutions and Salesforce, be at the forefront of acquiring clients and become the key external and internal contact in generating value through the CT Software products.
Essential Job Duties:
- Build & maintain customer and partner relationships as a trusted adviser.
- Sales Cycle support:
- business and technical requirements gathering for tailored demos;
- finding the best use of our products for the given requirements;
- demo system preparation;
- presentation preparation;
- demo presentation with the Sales team.
- Work with developers, architects, & other consultants to design and implement demo tools.
- Configure Salesforce and CT products: custom fields, validation rules, page layouts & list views, workflows & approvals, custom metadata, etc.
- Investigation of Salesforce and CT Product innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Information Technology or Business Informatics.
- 1+ years of experience in an analyst/consultant role for Salesforce or other CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Siebel, 1C, Pega, Zoho, Bitrix, etc.).
- Ability to implement and demo CRM solutions, including gathering requirements, configurations, presenting with the Sales team, etc.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL, plus a firm understanding of the principles of database-building.
- Experience in clarifying business requirements and transforming them into technical requirements is a must-have.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and retail business processes is a plus.
- Excellent client relation skills.
- Ability to work with a wide range of types of companies & various levels of people within those organizations.
- Advanced English level is a must.
