Job Overview

ClearScale Managed Services is looking for proactive product leader, who will initiate and drive the creation of complex modern platform for internal and external needs.Most of the projects led by ClearScale are AWS-centric.

You will become a member of ClearScale Managed Services team and will be responsible for maintaining and building relationship with our existing and new customers.

Platform Product Owner drives customer-related initiatives, cross-department communication and keeps strong focus on customer satisfaction with the service.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement product concept and features
• Be accountable for the created product.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally.
• Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Follow our competitors and the industry.
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
• Owns the product roadmap.
• Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Develop scope and define backlog items
• Solve product related problems, make decisions
• Serve as the voice of the client.
• Maintain P&L of the product.
• Working close with COO, Support Team Lead, and Support engineers

Qualifications

ClearScale expects successful candidate to have most of the following qualifications and skills (not necessary all have to be presented):

• We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in a management role who has attained a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field
• Fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
• Great experience in Project and Product Management
• Leader of a team
• Member of a team
• Visionaire
• Cloud Managed Services market awareness.
• Deep understanding of AWS technology
• Fluent spoken and written English - there will be plenty of customer-facing calls and chats
• Great communication skills
• High general IT awareness
• Ability to address multiple parties’ (sometimes contradicting) needs in the most effective way
• Ability to work off the regular hours to ensure overlap with US-based customers and teammates
