Customer Support is vital for us, and we hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information.

Support is via ticketing system and live-chats including but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer service is delivered to our P2P customers all the time and via every communication channel
  • Respond to customer inquiries via several channels (Chat and Email), provide information regarding products/services and other related inquiries
  • Follow escalation and complaint procedures to ensure that all customer escalations and complaints are tracked and all relevant parties are informed of actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Provide service excellence so as to develop and maintain customer loyalty
  • Assist supervisor to work on a project, handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • College degree or above;
  • Fluent Russian language, and advanced English speaker;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or E-commerce industry. Previous experience in the crypto industry is a massive plus.
  • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectations.
  • Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept working under different work shifts, including night shift.
