Hi, we are the Growth team. We are building Russia's first seamless shopping experience from social networks, Medias and other partners. There are a lot of cool tasks – come!

We are looking for Monetization Manager, who is interested in applying and expanding knowledge in this area and also dive into user monetization growth mechanics and together with commercial, analytics and engineering teams!

You will have to:

• Take full responsibility for Sellers/Merchant Monetization product and platform
• Be responsible for development of the monetization services for our Merchants
• Develop new product features that will help Merchants sell more and increase sales efficiency
• Drive product initiative with Traffic, Product and Engineering teams
• Estimate product features launch and control main metrics
• Grow the numbers of monetization/subscription customers and subsequently grow AliExpress Russia business overall

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Monetization/Subscription products
• Excellent knowledge of digital and e-comm business metrics
• Experience in working in agile teams (Business – Product – Engineering)
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Business English

Will be a plus:

• SQL knowledge;
• Experience using analytics software like Tableau / Power BI
• Technical or marketing higher education;
