Успешный кандидат будет..

  • участвовать в чемпионате по скорости и ценам сервисов приложения (пример: за неделю время на депозит денег сократилось с 44 до 10 минут, а комиссия с 24% до 4% в 30+ странах благодаря подключению передового провайдера платежей);
  • оптимизировать работающее приложение и запускать новые фичи будучи одним из лидеров продуктовой команды;
  • разрабатывать трейдинговые интерфейсы, торговые графики, платежный функционал, новостной и социальный функционал;
  • участвовать в формулировании, реализации и проверке продуктовых гипотез;
  • брать ответственность за реализацию и поддержку новых фич;
  • принимать участие в постановке и решению задач на бэк-энде для таких фич;
  • добиваться увеличения количества активных пользователей приложения и повышения рейтинга приложения;

Навыки и опыт

  • 2+ лет разработки на Swift
  • опыт разработки финтех приложений - преимущество
  • выдающиеся навыки структурирования и решения задач (финалист CodeForce/ICPC - преимущество)
  • стремиться сделать полезный для клиента продукт
  • желание развиваться и повышать планку для себя и коллег
