Responsibilities:
- Partner with Russian sales leadership team to build a plan that aligns with local goals and priorities in terms of demand generation and brand awareness
- Build and execute integrated marketing programs across Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web.
- Define and execute content and data-driven marketing activities and programs to drive pipeline generation and awareness for the Russian market (inbound and outbound)
- Be accountable for ROI of marketing programs : track program results, measure program success and reporting metrics via sales and marketing automation systems
- Be responsible for the production of local brand content or localization of global content that drive market interest and loyalty (case studies, e-books, blog articles, PR, market studies, infographics, motion design, etc.)
- Events : organize the participation of Generix Group to the main industry trade shows or webinars and/or create Generix Group webinars for installed base and prospects
- Work as part of the international marketing team, adopt and share best practices
- Work with strategic partners to develop joint marketing plans and campaigns and evaluate
- Managing of Digital tools: Yandex, Google, Facebook (setting up advertising)
Education and Experience Required:
- 5 to 10 years of marketing experience, specifically with a background in B2B Field Marketing;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience
- Ability to translate business needs into marketing program and pipeline.
- Strong understanding of demand generation fundamentals and best practices to drive success, including a focus on metrics tracking and results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the proven ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Have end-to-end, hands-on approach to marketing activities and programs
- Experience in working with media (initiating articles, media events, advertising placements)
Required qualification/skills:
- Good understanding of B2B sales, marketing business processes and tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Logical thinking, strong analytical skills.
- Fluent English is required
- Marketing automation and CRM experience is required (Marketo, SFDC)
- Enterprise software or SaaS experience background is a plus
- Good communication skills, customer oriented approach
