Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquisition of new customers, market research and development of existing clients for Russian region including cold calling, meeting arrangements and presentations
- Achieve the sales quota with new and on-board customers
- Drive the sales cycle, focus on value proposition, closure deals and support the customer further
- Support of on-boarded customers, and force the cross-selling
- Participation in industry conferences, seminars, and other related events for the best business outcome
Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of proven track-record in B2B direct sales, preferably of IT cloud solutions
- Logistics and / or procurement experience is a strong plus
- Bachelor decree and intermediate level of English, native Russian
- Ability of set first / cold contact
- Good qualification competences to identify Prospect’s needs
- Ability to develop the needs and drive an OPP
- Convenient objections’ handling and strong negotiation skills
- Closure proficiency
- Can-do mindset

- Team-player and collaborative problem solver, who takes ownership and looks for solutions
- Willing and able to travel up to 20%
