We are looking for a developer fluent in Javascript. We are running a VR video streaming platform for which the central part is a VR video player. In your role, you will help us program and design WebVR/XR version of video player application. If you are a team-player and a problem solver, interested in working with big project in the VR industry, we want to talk to you!

THE JOB:

Your main mission will be developing UI and logic for WebXR/VR application and writing unit tests.

You will also:

  • Collaborate with back-end department and other departments

  • Keep development up to date with the latest WebVR/WebXR standards

  • Integrate with third party SDKs and products

  • Test, debug, profile, analyze and optimize on applicable console, PC, mobile and web platforms

  • Adding and managing features to web-based VR video player

  • Collaborate with the internal team to produce software design, architecture and support

The team communicates in Russian and English language and operates fully on a remote basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Javascript, Node.js, HTML, SCSS, popular tooling (Gulp, Webpack, ...)

  • Knowledge of common architectural patterns

  • Familiarity with Git, branching models

  • TDD

  • Good English and native Russian

Bonus points:

  • Knowledge of Webgl/GLSL

  • Knowledge of Three.js
