DHL Global Forwarding, the Deutsche Post DHL Group Company, is searching for IT Specialist.

Key responsibilities:

  • Service desk: Support Users of DHL Global Forwarding – 320 end users, 10 remote branches;
  • Support Microsoft Windows 10 environment;
  • Basic Administration of Windows Servers 2012 R2/2016;
  • Basic Administration of Microsoft SQL server;
  • Administration of Backup infrastructure based on Veritas BackupExec;
  • Administration of Vmware environment;
  • Managing corporate Laptops/Desktops including deployment and replacement;
  • Implementation and following of global DP DHL standards and policies;
  • Users on/off boarding and stale accounts management;
  • Reporting and license management.
  • Local Area Network administration – Basic administrative tasks for WLAN/LAN Cisco equipment.

Requirements:

  • 3 years on position Helpdesk/System Administrator in company from 100 end Users;
  • English – Good Technical and Verbal;
  • Knowledge of Vmware, Microsoft Windows Server OS, Microsoft SQL, Active Directory;
  • Higher Education (technical preferred);
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Networks and Networking administration will be beneficial
