We aim to provide an integrated customer experience for clients of large and medium-sized businesses. We would like to hire an IT project/account manager. A person who can lead the whole process of websites maintenance for one of our clients from the FMCG segment.
Tasks:
- Day-to-day communication with clients on current and planned projects.
- Leading projects, plan and properly distribute tasks, delegate to other team members.
- Managing IT product teams who are focused on the maintenance of websites (CMS Adobe Experience Manager).
- Identifying and coordinating the interdependencies among projects, products, and other important tactical initiatives across an organization.
- Managing business stakeholders responsible for appropriate streams; align on priorities to move forward with a client.
- Accountable for program evolution following the agreed timings and budget.
- Conducting reporting presentations for clients on the results of a project, analyzing digital campaigns success
