Main responsibilities:

• Software installation (Spa and hospitality industry) across Russia, CIS, and other countries;
• Providing technical support for customers;
• Configure the software for new implementations and existing customers;
• Lead individual and group training, webinars, and seminars for customers;

Main requirements:

• Graduate students in Information technology;
• Basic knowledge of networking and computer hardware,
• Basic programming skills;
• Oracle Database or other databases knowledge can be an advantage;
• Willingness to travel;
• Excellent Russian;
• Good command of English both written and spoken is a must.
