Responsibilities:

• Provide platform technical demonstrations within the pre-sale activity (in company with our Sales Reps).
• Provide technical support and consultations for end-users of the platform (good knowledge of Zendesk Support).
• Acquire and document feedback from the users “in the field”.

Strict requirements:

• 2+ years of IT Community and Support experience.
• Hands-on experience in low-code system or b2b SaaS automation platform (Workato, Tray.io).
• Working hours 10 am - 7 pm EST time zone. These are New York business hours.
• English - Fluent. You will be talking to clients for a fair amount of time and explain how to solve clients’ real automation tasks by means of the platform. We respect all languages, but our clients speak English mostly.
• Willingness and ability to learn fast.

Nice to have requirements:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and willingness to understand and sometimes create code.
• Certificates of improvements of working experience.
• Responsible, responsive, proactive, willing to help, ready to resolve issues.
• Being technical savvy.
