Neuro.net is an international IT project providing contact center services based on artificial intelligence. We believe that the main human value is freedom, so we create AI technologies that help find it by taking the execution of routine operations away from call centers to digital agents that we develop. The digital agents created by the company are the next generation of voice-activated robots. They support comprehensive conversations, learn from the history of the dialogue, mimic emotions, observe intonation, pauses and the logic of constructing responses, and most importantly, they get better with each new conversation due to machine learning technology.
The main achievement of our product is that less than 1% of interlocutors recognize artificial intelligence in a customer service specialist.

Responsibilities:
- full cycle recruitment , including C-level specialists, in the Russian and international labor markets;
- communicating with the teams, assisting in creation of a candidate profile, requirements assessment;
- sourcing with the help of various tools;
- CV and portfolio evaluation, conducting interviews;
- internal candidate base management, talent pool shaping.
Required skills:
- at least 2 years of experience in international recruiting;
- successful experience of closing BDM, BDO positions on the international level (preferably in the IT field);
- fluent English (C1 plus);
- proven experience of successfully closed top and senior positions (preferably in the IT field);
- full recruitment tools understanding, including search and hiring processes and tools for the international labor market;
- "direct" search experience: social networks, communities, etc;
- multitasking skills;
- building relationships with teams, candidates, task prioritization skills, and self-management;
- self-reliance and high level of responsibility.
