Main Responsibilities:

• Work in ERP system (1C);

• Support improving HG data (наименования позиций СИЗ) in 1C ERP:

  • updating HG names in accordance with product naming rules;

  • entering HG product data in accordance with list of characteristics;

  • entering information regarding certificates;

  • monitoring HG product range in ERP to exclude duplicated positions);

• Participate in preparing technical descriptions of imported HG for certification purposes (gathering initial information from vendors; translation and preparing drafts of technical descriptions).

Requirements:

• A student of 3rd or 4th year of study (preferably ecomonic or technical faculty);

• Fluent written English;

• Ability to work with a computer and large amounts of information, Excel skilled;

• Ability to work with 1C ERP;

• Graphic programs and Internet skills as an advantages;

• Communication and attention to details.
