The role
We are looking for an experienced HR Team Lead to develop and manage the full cycle recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
I. Develop a recruiting process.

Design and implement a recruitment process;

Provide best solutions to meet staffing needs and attract applicants to maintain applicants pool;

Track of recruiting efforts and provide regular reports to Head of HR and Management;

Support Recruiters, HR Generalists and Hiring Managers by conducting training, coaching interviewers on best practices;

Recruitment process automation.
II. Full-cycle recruitment.

Discuss the job descriptions with Heads of Departments and the ideal candidate's profiles;

Market research for average salary, the candidates' quantity and quality, comparison with other vacancies;

Full-cycle recruitment for open positions;

HR Team management.
III. Data analysis and planning.

Ensure workforce planning;

Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and reporting (cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, quality of hire, new hire retention, sources assessment, etc.);

Budgeting and expenses control.
IV. Enhance our HR brand.

Development of HR brand management and awareness

Build a reputable employer brand, formalization of company's accounts on recruiting platforms, tracking reviews, providing feedback.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in managing a full-cycle recruiting process for high-growth IT companies;
- Experience in international hiring - US, Canada, CIS, India;
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (including services like HH, Indeed, Angel.List, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, etc.);
- English Advanced C1/C2;
- Readiness to work remotely: a quiet workspace with high-speed internet and a good laptop/PC.
