We’re looking for a smart, well-educated person who has the potential to become a world-class Technical Recruiter.

Researchers are in charge of finding great candidates, helping with the pre-screening, and assigning to an appropriate client. It’s the researcher’s duty to coordinate the team throughout the review process and manage the database. You will be working closely with Senior Consultants to make sure all of the “behind the scenes” work that needs to happen to go from sourcing a long list of candidates to narrow downing to shortlist happens.

Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, pre-screen (if needed);
  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants to deeply understand hiring needs;
  • Develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role;
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs;


Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a must. Ideally you speak or is in the process of learning of one more foreign language
  • Have a complete Bachelor degree
  • The aspiration to do research on IT subjects
  • New graduates, or 1-3 years after graduation
  • Living or studying abroad will be a great PLUS
