Who are we looking for?

Manager who will lead sales operations and oversees activities of the junior sales manager.

Who will also have exceptional sales& presentation skills and a consistent track record in sales conversion success and performance.

Your main responsibilities:

-Presales process:

•Developing and delivering business plans based on company revenue goals delivering accurate business reports

•Recruitment of the Junior Sales manager

•Organization of effective work of the Junior Sales manager, control of the sales indicators on the daily basis

•Managing a database of new prospects&partners and ensuring all touch points across the organization are captured in the sales pipeline

•Implementation of new tools for sales process optimization

•Participation in exhibition & conferences as a speaker

-Sales process:

•Following the client journey from A to Z (from the first contact to closing deals)

•Hold high-level meetings with Demo Presentation

•Searching and building long-term relationships with partners (system integrators, general constructors, project solutions developers)

•Proposing other solutions of the group for existing clients and maintaining customer relationships

What skills we expect:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-You speak fluently English or French

-You are a team player, willing to join a young and growing team in our Russian headquarters in Moscow

-You accept to perform & think out of the box

You have:

-Good business acumen

-Experience on equivalent position from 3 years

-Passion for sales-Knowledge in Health & Care industry and network would be an advantage

-You are willing to travel within Russia (& occasionally to Europe for training purposes)
