About the Role
The Behavox Platform is a scalable, fault-tolerant and highly performant storage and processing system which allows us to manage and analyze massive volumes of data. We have an extensive and flexible set of APIs to develop products that allow our clients to work through millions of data items, by searching, filtering, and visualizing relationships between entities in the system.

Behavox is an ecosystem of products with the common mission to organize all corporate communications and productivity data on Earth, and to make it useful to human organizations around the globe to become more compliant, improve conduct & culture, automate their CRM functions and more. We use behavioural signals captured in internal data to help businesses achieve better outcomes by linking employee behaviour to specific business processes, which helps organizations understand how they can unleash the collective power of their people.
Product Engineering is an essential part of the larger Product team. We focus on technical design, implementation and delivery of complex data intensive applications which are mission-critical for our clients.
As the Product Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow the engineering team responsible for one of our products. You will partner up with the product management, design and other engineering teams to solve complex technical problems and deliver outstanding products to our clients, on time.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 3+ years of experience in hiring, managing and mentoring highly technical engineering teams
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex technical projects to solve problems at scale
- Strong knowledge of core Java and experience with any other JVM-based language (Groovy, Kotlin, Scala)
- Demonstrable experience with frontend technologies and modern JS frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
What You'll Do
- CREATE and DELIVER solutions for complex problems at scale
- LEAD and MENTOR and GROW highly-skilled and autonomous engineering teams
- LEAD BY EXAMPLE and STEP IN when necessary as a contributor to help the team deliver tasks in accordance with the timelines
- CONTRIBUTE in the analysis of product requirements, solution discussions, design and decisions on the implementation plan
- PURSUE operational excellence improving existing processes and tools in aim of building and delivering great products
