End-User Support Coordinator
* Temporary contract for the period of maternity leave of the current employee
You will be responsible for:
- Contact center coordination and control
- Communication with customers as Tier 2
- End-user claims handling
- Communication with European support team
- Provide necessary reports regarding end-user support

Requirements:
- Higher education
- Preferably experience in call-center or in technical support
- English – upper intermediate
- Grammatical correctness
- High level of communication skills, customer-focused, high tolerance for stress, accuracy.
