Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting, stock management, reporting
- Promo preparation (initiate, coordinate btw all parties, daily tracking)
- Preparation info for stock transfer
- Control and fulfill main KPI's (Sell-out, WOS, AOV)
- Analyze of competitor brands and main retailers
- Collecting market information and prepare strategy action according to insights from market
- Participation in daily VD department meetings
- Negotiations on TOP management level
Requirements:
- Higher education in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Marketing
- Experience 2+ years in online sales on daily operations management position
- E-commerce KAM background
- Proven record in insights, analytics in the digital and e-com channels
- Advanced MS Excel, Advanced MS Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with an attention to the details and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English and Russian.
