Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting, stock management, reporting
  • Promo preparation (initiate, coordinate btw all parties, daily tracking)
  • Preparation info for stock transfer
  • Control and fulfill main KPI's (Sell-out, WOS, AOV)
  • Analyze of competitor brands and main retailers
  • Collecting market information and prepare strategy action according to insights from market
  • Participation in daily VD department meetings
  • Negotiations on TOP management level

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Marketing
  • Experience 2+ years in online sales on daily operations management position
  • E-commerce KAM background
  • Proven record in insights, analytics in the digital and e-com channels
  • Advanced MS Excel, Advanced MS Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with an attention to the details and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills in English and Russian.
  • Result oriented, Stress resistant, Analytical skills
  • Active business approach. Self-sufficient person
