​​​​​​Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce platform production management: A/B testing; ongoing improvement processes support; new processes clarification with involved in process departments; development of new mechanics focused on conversion rate and retention; new products development (in e-commerce ecosystem);

  • Website content management and support: financial offers and calculators update; monitoring of e-commerce transactions, technical support management; leading of difficult cases’ resolving; new dealers’ onboarding and actualization of the information about current partners.

  • Analytics and reporting: own websites and competitors’ analytics; internal processes of e-commerce platform analysis and reporting; monitoring of dealers’ KPIs execution.

  • Search engine optimization ongoing project coordination;
  • Web production and digital marketing trends monitoring;
  • Document workflow support.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical or marketing education;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in web development and project management (e-commerce preferable);
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and experience with modern frameworks;
  • Knowledge of HTML + CSS (layout understanding and ability to do it from scratch), as well as PHP, Figma, Photoshop;
  • Google Analytics 360 knowledge;
  • Understanding of User-friendly interface development principles;
  • Sincere desire to develop a project that has no analogs in the world and to create the world's best digital product;
  • PC advanced user: MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
  • Ability to work with various multinational, internal and external stakeholders and achieve results on time and within budget;
  • Strong analytical and excellent communication skills;
  • English: upper-intermediate level or higher.
