Responsibilities:

  • Developing and supporting Digital IT Strategy, participating in development of digital platforms for HMCIS;
  • Performing Team Lead functions: distribution of tasks and full control of development team, plan of workload and people involvement (including suppliers and outsource panning);
  • Tactical direction and redirection of development and deployment processes;
  • Leading IT systems development process: be in charge of technical description of development and development of operational data interfaces between IT systems, ensure security of development and documenting development rules and process;
  • Organizing secure and sustainable integration for telematics devices based on different technologies: Bluelink, Autolink, Mobility, TriTochki;
  • Controlling interfaces and data flow platforms for Digital Product interaction;
  • Providing secure and sustainable environment for commercial product dedicated to HMCIS.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of information technologies;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience on similar positions in business or development companies;

  • Experience in automotive business will be an asset;

  • Excellent professional knowledge of development stack: Vue, React JS, React Native, Redux, Redis, HTML, CSS, JS, SVG, SCSS, Rest API, PHP, Laravel, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Appache Camel, Appache Active MQ, WSO2, oauth 2.0, MySQL, MSSQL, Mongo, MariaDB;

  • English: Upper-intermediate level or higher;
  • Ability to work with various multinational, internal and external stakeholders and achieve results on time and within budget;
  • Initiative and proactive approach is a must;
  • Attention to details combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and work under time pressure and flexibility to work with several projects at once;
  • Good communication and organizational skills, accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette.
