Data Product Manager
Gett is a ride-hailing and a B2B SaaS company with a complex two-sided marketplace operating in IL, RU and the UK. Our goal is to provide a high-quality reliable service to our customers (B2B & B2C), and supply partners.
The Gett Product team advocates for our users and our business customers, setting the vision and driving the execution of our product suite. We use data, research and feedback to guide multidisciplinary teams towards delivering value-driven outcomes.
We are expanding our Data Team, and we’re looking for a smart, passionate Data Product Manager to play a key role in our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, product management, making an impact, and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data and insights to fuel business decisions.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Data PM and team on the ideation, planning and development of new data products, solutions, and dashboards throughout their lifecycle - from concept, planning, through execution and user adoption.

Translate business needs into data technical models and tasks.

Write detailed product requirements, and create dashboard wireframes that meet SH needs.

Create source to target documents while performing data discovery in potential sources

Work collaboratively with the Data product manager, other product managers, developers, and stakeholders across our different regions and domains to provide data solutions that can help us more efficiently achieve our goals.

Contribute to Gett’s Data & Analytics community to meet business needs and achieve customer satisfaction.

Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our goals.

Navigate in a fast-paced, fluid environment where the product development and business requirements can often take new turns.

Work with teams from different parts of the world and articulate our vision, priorities, challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has experience working with data, and complex data products.

1 year of relevant data product management experience, or at least 3 years as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.

A great sense for business, technology, and data UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic environment.

Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them.

Technological orientation and understanding of the development cycle, and data products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.

English proficiency is a must.
